Postage and handling of returns is the sole responsibility of customer unless otherwise determined by Kalium. If returned product is deemed re-sellable by Kalium upon inspection, a refund will be issued in the same method as original payment. No refund of shipping costs on returned merchandise will be issued or honored. Refunds on orders never shipped or received will be made in full.
